Stephanie is an Exercise Physiologist from Melbourne, Australia. With the encouragement of family and friends, she has taken the leap of faith to leave home, work and loved ones in pursuit of turning a hobby and passion into something a little more serious.
Residing in ‘the city of lights’ she has completed her Diplôme de Pâtisserie at the internationally renowned Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. She is currently undertaking a three month internship at LCB as a chef assistant before interning at her first French Pâtisserie love, Pierre Hermé.
